Online file manager is a tool in free Cpanel , which you can upload a file, unzip a zip file , change permission of a file, but in free hosting Cpanel i don't recommend use it , because , it's has a limit per file , and you can't upload a folder , you have to compress the file ,or upload the script file by file , which is very difficult , so fore script upload i suggest use filezilla how to use filezilla in free hosting
